It was just a strong match for a day tour in Dubai with good value considering the price charged. I really appreciated the night service when staff quickly delivered extra towels after I called. Make sure to check parking options before arrival since the streets can get crowded.

Stayed in a Deluxe Room and appreciated the beautiful furnishings and cozy seating area. The flat-screen TV added a nice touch for relaxing after a long day. The 24-hour room service was incredibly convenient. Enjoyed a tasty meal delivered quickly, making it easy to unwind. the cleanliness of the room could use some improvement, especially the bedsheets that were not fresh. Noticed some bugs on the bathroom floor. I could see why some people would choose to cancel their reservations based on that. this hotel has potential, but attention to cleanliness and noise management would greatly enhance the experience.

The overall experience was marred by persistent noise from club music that went on until the early hours of the morning, making it tough to catch some Zs. There’s no onsite parking available, and street parking can be a hassle, which isn’t what you'd expect from a place touting itself as a four-star hotel. The cleanliness also left something to be desired—bedsheets were not fresh and bugs were spotted in the bathroom. Plus, the food served, like the cold pastries at breakfast, could really use a serious upgrade to keep guests happy.

A Stay to Forget
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel fell short. The dedicated staff did provide a prompt 24-hour room service. dining options were a letdown, with cold food served. I also dealt with an unpleasant odor in the room. Avoid if you seek comfort.
